I found yoga at a young age after a family member gave me a "Morning Yoga Routine". I remember feeling energized, awake, and at peace in a way that I had never felt before and have been in love with yoga ever since.

Yoga became a large part of my career as well - using it as a tool to warm up and get connected before class or a performance. It was even a part of my curriculum as a BFA Acting student.

I earned my RYT 200 Hour Certification from Younique Yoga in Cedar Grove and I've been incredibly fortunate to have had immediate opportunities to teach. I got hired right out of teacher training and began teaching 2-3 classes each week. Currently, less than a year of being certified and I currently teach 7-9 classes a week, between kids and adults.

Very few things fill me with joy the way that sharing yoga, as an instructor and as an eternal student, does.  I hope to continue to bring those same things I found as a little girl to the mat every class as I share the power of yoga with my students of all ages. I stand by the principle that yoga can be for everybody.

I teach vinyasa flow at all levels, as well as guided meditation, kids yoga (in studio, after school programs, kids yoga enrichment programs, Girl Scouts/Wolf Scouts, birthday parties), slow flow/restorative yoga, and one-on-one classes to private clients.
